The 2009 Carolina Panthers entered the 2009 draft with 7 draft picks, three offensive and four defensive with the best pick being DE Everette Brown out of Florida State. With the pickup of QB Josh McCown to back up Jake Delhomme, look for the Panthers to get back into the playoff hunt in 09 and make a push to get to the NFC Championship game.

2008-09 Carolina Panthers

Looking to improve on their 2007 7-9 record Head Coach John Fox pushed his team to a franchise tying 12-4 record that landed them in the playoffs and in 1st place in the NFC South. In the playoffs, the Panthers were beaten by the eventual NFC Champion Arizona Cardinals.
